Spunky Sprout, was started by two South Florida sisters, Toni and Joli Williams. Toni is a mother who had a difficult time finding stylish products for her own children, which sparked the children's boutique. She has a degree in architecture and design as well as 10 years experience in retail sales. Younger sister and co-founder, Joli is a college graduate with 3 years experience in on-line sales and customer service. Joli also has a savvy business sense and understands children and their needs.
